Blue Fern Studios November sketch Challenge

Hello ladies

Hope everyone is doing well...It's a chilly morning here...

Just dropping by to showcase my 'Thank you' card I created and would like to share it on Blue Fern Studios November sketch Challenge by the very talented Michele Singh....

I just happen to rotate it Clockwise-90 and used it as a guideline to create this card....

Its been a while since I made a card and I realized its so much fun to do....lol!!!

I used the fabulous 'Ombre Dreams' collection paper 'Ginger's Dream' and the chipboard 'Wild flourish frame'....I so much love this chipboard 'Wild flourish Frame'.....there is so much intricate details in it and it just has so much depth...

I also used beautiful prima flowers, some mica flakes and some prima blings and stencil...

Thanks for dropping by ladies...have a great week ahead,
Hugs,
Fena

Mixed Media Monthly Challenge #6 - Stamps

Hi all,

It's been a while I have been around..how you all have been...

Its becoming so chilly here and it just make one snuggle under the blanket and sleep for hours...I have been busy lately with lot many things here...my son just turned six yesterday...Oh time flies so fast...!! He was just a little baby...I have been making gift bags and cards for kids and teachers in school...well I couldn't take pictures of  all the stuffs I made but I definitely have all this in mind to make some and post it here...

I also happen to make this tag for Mixed Media Monthly Challenge #6 - Stamps and as you know its really my passion to do some art journaling kind of stuffs when it comes to mixed media.

This challenge is all about stamping and its just what I love.  Here is my take on this challenge...

I started right from scratch by taking a plain white heavy cardstock and cut it into a size of a tag.  Then the work begins...I started by applying gesso and started with background text stamping.  Then goes in lots of paints. I used 13arts paints...they are one of my favorites.... I stamped the edges with Bo-Bunny stamps.  The butterfly is stamped with Kaisercraft stamp.  Finished with writing that sentiment 'Dream' with my own handwriting....

Here's the supply list:-
Thick white heavy cardstock or tags
13Arts paints and inks

Stamps
Bo-Bunny stamps
Kaisercraft- Tigerlilly

I'll be back with more...really working on it....till then, take care and have a great week ahead...
Hugs,
Fena.
